4. Response Timeline
- Acknowledgment within 10 business days
- Response within 45 calendar days
- Extension of up to 45 additional days if needed (with notice)
Data Processing Agreement
For business customers, we offer a CCPA-compliant Data Processing Addendum that:
- Certifies our Service Provider status
- Restricts our use of personal information to service delivery
- Prohibits selling or sharing personal information
- Requires cooperation for consumer rights requests
6. US Data Residency
For US customers requiring domestic data storage, we offer deployment options with data storage exclusively within the United States.

In the past 12 months, we have:
- Collected personal information in the categories listed above
- Disclosed personal information to service providers for business purposes
- NOT sold personal information
- NOT shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
