1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PangeaGTM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PangeaGTM is an AI-powered Go-To-Market platform that includes:

• ABM & Industry Digital Knowledge Twin (DKT) - Knowledge management and distribution
• Compliance Management (CMP)
• Human-to-Human GTM (H2H) - Content generation and communication
• User Management - Account and preference management

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Ensure content uploaded complies with our Acceptable Use Policy

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. Our platform, including AI models and software, remains our intellectual property.

5. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. We act as a data processor for content you upload and as a data controller for account information.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Usage-based fees are billed in arrears
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may be adjusted with 30 days notice

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend service immediately for material breach or non-payment. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
